Whitney Tilton
Program Manager
Ms. Tilton studied Child Development at Brigham Young University and has significant experience working with children and adults with developmental disabilities dating back to her teenage years in Eugene, Oregon where her best friend’s family cared for disabled foster children out of their own home, and cared for disabled adults out of four separate foster homes, providing a permanent residence for 20 individuals. These early experiences during her teenage years led Whitney to pursue a job at Rise Services, Inc. in Eugene, where she worked as a Personal Support Worker for children with disabilities. When she moved to Utah, she took another position with Rise, this time as a Personal Support Worker for adults with disabilities. Ms. Tilton is passionate about serving people with developmental disabilities. She is well-organized and her interpersonal/social skills make her well-suited to carry out the administrative and managerial responsibilities of Program Manager at OC Navigators. In her free time, she enjoys being with her Maltese dogs and loves interior design.
