TERI Choices for Adult Learning Day Program

Kathryn Goerges serves on OC Navigators’ Board of Advisers. Ms. Goerges is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over 15 years of experience in education and disability services, specializing in behavior intervention and support for individuals with the highest and most complex support needs in the Southern California region. Over the past 10 years at TERI, Inc. she has held a diverse range of roles including direct support, special education teacher, adult program management, and BCBA for the TERI Learning Academy and Choices for Adult Learning programs. Ms. Goerges excels at developing and implementing individualized plans for those with complex behavioral challenges in both school and community-based settings. She prioritizes understanding each person's unique needs and working closely with families to ensure they feel heard and supported. Beyond direct support, she is passionate about fostering a positive and supportive staff culture, recognizing this as essential to providing the high-quality services individuals need and deserve. Ms. Goerges is driven to share her expertise to make such quality services more accessible for all.
