Daniel Vetter

Non-executive Director
After earning an MBA from Harvard Business School, Mr. Vetter spent 20 years in private industry leading all facets of business operations ranging from corporate strategy to accounting & finance to human resources & recruiting. Mr. Vetter’s life changed in a profound way after his son, Nate, was diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. Nate has been receiving services from the Regional Center of Orange County for most of his life, giving Mr. Vetter first-hand knowledge of the unmet need for services on behalf of children and adults with developmental disabilities (e.g., autism), who are among the most vulnerable members of society. At this time in his life, Mr. Vetter is motivated by a deep sense of purpose to provide these much-needed services to this segment of the population, which is growing at an alarming rate. To further complement Mr. Vetter’s background and experience, OC Navigators has assembled a Board of Advisers comprised of individuals with deep knowledge and experience ranging from transition planning, to vocational training, to behavior management (refer to the adjacent adviser biographies). The combination of Mr. Vetter’s academic training and almost two decades of business management experience, not to mention his first-hand experience with his own autistic son—make Mr. Vetter a well-rounded leader, capable of directing OC Navigators in delivering quality services to developmentally disabled adults throughout Orange County.
